01. Scope of Access

Indus Quant Labs provides sophisticated digital research, backtesting data, and algorithmic frameworks. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. Access to specific trading models is restricted to registered institutional partners and is subject to separate licensing agreements.

You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service and shall abide by all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

02. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to our proprietary quant labs methodologies and mathematical logic—are and will remain the exclusive property of Indus Quant Labs.

Reverse Engineering Users are strictly prohibited from decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of our models.

Redistribution Research reports and model outputs are for internal institutional use and may not be resold.

03. Financial Risk Disclosure

Quantitative modeling involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Indus Quant Labs does not act as a financial advisor or fiduciary.

Mathematical models are theoretical and subject to market volatility and "black swan" events that may render algorithmic strategies ineffective.

The user assumes total responsibility for any execution based on data retrieved from our research lab.

04. Termination & Jurisdiction

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts of Karachi.
